Rookie girl group GI will soon make their official debut with a completely different concept.
GI, which stands for “ Global Icon”, consists of five members, Hayeon, OneKet, Eunji, AI and Aram. In the revealed teaser image, four out of the five members are seen donning short hair and flaunting a tomboyish charms. This is a completely different route from typical girl groups.
According to their label Shimtong Entertainment, “We have a different concept and style from other cute and sexy girl groups that are introduced almost once every week. The group will make a remarkable presence in a monotonous entertainment scene.”
Their teaser will be released on March 26th before making official debut on April 3.
