Regarding the dating rumors with fellow actor, Son Ho Jun, Kim So Eun′s agency made an official statement.
On February 9, Kim So Eun′s agency, Fantagio told Newsen, "We′ve confirmed that the dating rumors between Kim So Eun and Son Ho Jun, which was reported today, are false."
"The two recently met through a mutual friend at an official setting, and they became close quickly due to similiar personalities. More than getting close as a man and a woman, they were in the middle of naturally growing their friendship as close colleagues when the dating rumors broke out," stated the agency.
"Kim So Eun, herself, knows very well her duties and responsibilities while filming We Got Married and she was extra careful while meeting him, which became a misunderstanding."
"We ask for your understanding as it took a long time to find out the exact truth. We ask that no speculations and misunderstandings rise from this."
Earlier on this day, one news outlet captured Kim So Eun and Son Ho Jun together in Hanam-dong and Gangnam, reporting that the two actors were on a date. According to the report that followed, the two drank together in Chungdam-dong on February 7 and moved locations to Son Ho Jun′s house to spend more time together.
Regarding this, Fantagio stated, "We confirmed that after coming out of the restaurant, they moved locations to Son Ho Jun′s house to join their friends. They were with many people at the time."
Kim So Eun is currently appearing in MBC′s We Got Married with Song Jae Lim. Son Ho Jun is appearing in tvN′s Three Meals and SBS′ The Laws of the Jungle.
