T-ara Qri’s grandfather passes away

T-ara member Qri’s grandfather has passed away.

According to a representative on November 5th, “Qri is full of grief and mourning the loss of her grandfather who passed away today (5th).” The agency added, “She will have no problems attending her schedules for the day.”

His grandfather’s wake has been set up at the Gyeonggi Bucheon Funeral Hall. The funeral will take place on November 7th.

May her grandfather rest in peace.

Brave Brothers to produce K-Food album ft. ZE:A, Jay Park, Teen Top and more

One of the hot songwriters and producers in Korea, Brave Brothers, will be jumping on board to lead a K-Food campaign album.

The K-Food campaign features idol group KARA and actress Jang Seo Hee as the ambassadors. They have already took part in the filming of endorsement ads and other promotional activities to do their part to raise awareness on Korean cuisine.

There will be an album for the campaign released, featuring six songs produced by Brave Brothers. All the songs will revolve around K-Food, in an effort to spread Korean food all over the world. The rights and license to the album have already been officially signed off to the K-Food campaign. Artists that will be participating include ZE:A, Jay Park, Teen Top, Brave Girls, and Electroboyz.

The first song on the album is called “Remember”, sung by ZE:A. “Remember” makes mention of Korean food like “kimchi fried rice” and “bulgogi (marinated Korean-style beef)”.

The album will be released mid-November, with the music video for ZE:A’s “Remember” set to be released through www.koreanfood.net and YouTube.

Ailee releases “Love Note” single + MV for ‘Full House Take 2’ OST

Currently busy promoting her comeback track “I Will Show You”, power vocalist Ailee has participated in the OST for SBS drama ‘Full House Take 2’.

On November 5th, Ailee released his new single “Love Note” for the drama’s OST album Part 1. The song is a beautiful ballad, accompanied by Ailee’s strong vocals.

‘Full House Take 2’ is the second installment of the hit drama ‘Full House’. In the show, Hwang Jung Eum will play the role of a wannabe fashion designer named Jang Man Ok who poses as a stylist for superstar Lee Tae Ik (played by No Minwoo). A love triangle emerges as Lee vies against band member Won Kang Hee for Jang’s affection.

Noh Ji Hoon releases album covers for ‘The Next Big Thing’

Cube Entertainment’s new artist, Noh Ji Hoon, will soon be making his official debut as a solo dance singer. Earlier today, Cube released the album jacket photos for his debut album, ‘The Next Big Thing’.

In the photos, Noh Ji Hoon proudly showed off his overflowing charisma and good looks. His gentle look, captivating smile, solid body, and a Homme Fatale concept showed a beastly image.

Noh Ji Hoon received good comments for having star quality as well as putting on a stable stage in MBC ‘Birth Of A Great Star’ season 1. As such, his debut is highly anticipated since he might be the next successful male solo singer.

He will release his first mini album ‘The Next Big Thing’ on November 7th featuring the title track, “Being Punished”.
