Shin Bora to stand on stage with Baechigi on ‘Music Bank’
Baechigi, who’s enjoying much success with latest single, is getting some help from comedian Shin Bora.
After performing with power vocalist Ailee last week, Baechigi will be collaborating with Shin Bora during the February 1st broadcast of KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank’. Shin Bora will stand on stage with the duo for a special collaboration performance of “Shower of Tears”.
“Shower of Tears” has been resonating well with the public as it topped online music charts as well as won first place in the recent episode of ‘M! Countdown.’
Shin Bora remarked, “I’m very glad to make such a special performance. I feel a lot of pressure because Ailee and Yang Ji Won showed such wonderful performances, but I will do my best.”

2NE1’s Park Bom talks about her barefoot performance at Seoul Music Awards
2NE1’s Park Bom shared her thoughts regarding her recent barefoot performance.
On January 31, 2NE1 along with other celebrities attended the 22nd Seoul Music Awards that took place at the SK Olympic Handball Stadium in Seoul. 2NE1 sang their hit song “I Love You” and impressed the crowd with their powerful charisma.
However, during their performance, Park Bom’s heel slipped off her foot, causing her to stand on tip toes. She then took off her other heel as well and performed on the stage barefoot, showcasing her professionalism.
After the show, Park Bom took on her Twitter and talked about the incident. She tweeted, LOL today was really T_T a special day!!! LOL I was very very surprised!! kk suddenly my one foot was feeling cold kk This will be one of precious memories for me definitely LOL The members faces looked surprised but seemed funny… kk.”

KARA’s Seungyeon cast in ‘Jang Ok Jung, Living in Love’
KARA’s Han Seungyeon has been cast for her first acting role in the upcoming SBS TV’s drama, ‘Jang Ok Jung, Living in Love’.
On February 1, Story TV, the production company of the series announced that Seungyeon was cast as the lead role in new drama series, ‘Jang Ok Jung, Living in Love’, alongside actor Yoo Ah In and actress Kim Tae Hee.
The singer will play the role of royal concubine Choi, a woman who was born as a person of humble condition and in the end managed to make her son King Yeongjo. She will be vying for Yoo Ah In’s love against Kim Tae Hee.
Her label DSP Media said, “Seungyeon has decided to appear in ‘Jang Ok Jung, Living in Love’ after careful consideration. She has made cameos before and starred in Japanese dramas before, but this is her first time acting in a historical genre drama. She’s practicing a lot for the series now.”

Kan Jong Wook releases MV for “Fool”
Singer Kan Jong Wook finally returned with new single “Fool”!
Kan Jong Wook is known as the king of OSTs, having released songs for drama such as ‘May Queen’, ‘Royal Family’, ‘Gloria’, ‘A Delicious Life’ and ‘Dangerous Woman’. He also had a duet with After School‘s Raina for the single, “Even After A Day”.
On February 1, Kan Jong Wook returned with his new single “Fool” along with its full music video. Actress Kan Mi Youn also lent her hand by making a special cameo appearance in the music video.
This single is composed by the famous composer Yoon Ji Woong who has worked with Shinhwa, Lyn and Jo Sung Mo. Also the group Kan Jong Wook is in, J2 joined in lyric writing and composing of the song to make the album complete.
