2NE1’s latest track “Falling in Love” has been chosen as MTV Iggy’s Song of the Summer.
On July 23, MTV Iggy named 2NE1’s Falling in Love as the 2013 Song of the Summer, beating other top international stars including Japan’s Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Trinidad’s Bunji Garlin. 2NE1 took the lead in the online poll with an overwhelming 65.24% of the votes.
According to MTV Iggy, the reggae-inspired hip-hop track “Falling in Love” and it’s laid-back music video is the perfect ingredients for a light, fun-filled summer beach party.
