It has been revealed that former Wonder Girls member Sunmi will be returning to the music industry as a soloist after 3 years and 7 months of being away from the scene.
A representative from JYP Entertainment confirmed that Sunmi is currently preparing for her solo debut. Park Jin Young will be taking charge of her debut, helping with her wardrobe, music video and choreography.
Sunmi will give her first debut performance on Mnet’s ‘M! CountDown’ on August 22, as well as hold a showcase before the stage performance.
