The two stars were recently spotted together watching a match between the LG and Lotte baseball teams at the Seoul Jamsil Stadium on April 28. Ailee also shared a proof shot on her Twitter and wrote, “I came to watch baseball with oppas~~ Hwang Jae Kyun, fighting!”
However, the photo, which showed the two celebrities wearing masks at the event, sparked rumors that they’re dating. Fans began to speculate that there might be something more to their friendship.
Ailee’s agency quickly denied the claims and stated, “They went to the game together with other people. It seems like people misunderstood but Ailee and Simon just went together as friends.”
