2NE1's CL is definitely living that. She posted on her IG a photo of her wearing a jacket with the Taegeukgi (Korean flag). She bowed and did a rock sign implying how she is proud to be a Korean!
The other flag is Ghana, an African country. South Koreans have a lot of humanitarian work for some African nations.
Taegeukgi's meaning:
White background: cleanliness of the people
The Taegeuk: symbolizes the origin of all things in the universe, holding the two principles of yin and yang in perfect balance.
Blue: the negative aspect
