Kakaotalk has been officially launched in the Philippines on September 16. Kakaotalk Philippine promoters Big Bang and Philippines' Sarah Geronimo are supposed to be at the launching event but due to conflicting schedules of Big Bang, only Sarah was present.
However, G-Dragon assured that they are still part of the event and sent a video message for Kakaotalk fans in the Philippines in behalf of his members.
