Big Bang’s T.O.P earns praises as rising action star
Big Bang’s T.O.P has been highly praised by director Park Hong Soo of the upcoming action film ‘The Alumni’ for his great acting skills.
During the showcase event of ‘The Alumni’ at the Konkuk University on October 16th, Park Hong Soo said, “There was a ridiculous number of scenes that required actions, but T.O.P did it perfectly. At the filming site, many said that he is a true action star, and how amazing he is.”
He added, “There were a number of difficult scenes, but T.O.P breezed through them. He did hurt his hand once, but since he thought it would make the staff worried, he personally went to them and told them he’s okay. That kind of thoughtfulness helped us complete the filming in success.”
T.O.P played the young North Korean boy Myung Hoon who has to go undercover in South Korea in order to save his sister (Kim Yoo Jung) from being killed. The film will premiere in Korea on November 6.
