Stepping outside of Asia, SBS’ Running Man will be leaving for Australia.
On February 5, several entertainment affiliates stated that the Running Man team will be flying out to Australia in mid-February.
LeeSsang Gary’s agency, LeeSsang Company confirmed that the team will be leaving in mid-February.
Running Man has gone overseas many times, visiting Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Macao, and China. It’s a program that goes abroad many times in comparison to other programs, and one that has proven its hallyu popularity when visiting these Asian countries.
However, the upcoming filming will take place in Australia, where hallyu is relatively weak. With that in mind, people are already anticipating the response of when Running Man begins filming in Australia.
Meanwhile, Running Man will depart for Australia in mid-February. The episode will air in March.
