2NE1 expressed its anticipation for SNSD (Girls’ Generation)’s comeback.
Attending the press conference for 2NE1’s upcoming world tour on February 19 at Kintex, CL said, “The tour, starting on March 1, has been planned on since a long ago.”
SNSD, who was suppose to release its 4th mini album’s title Mr. Mr on February 19, had to push its comeback to a later date, due to a partial data loss on its music video.
2NE1 also moved the release date for Crush from February 25 to 26, which is also CL’s birthday, making many fans expect competition between the two girl groups.
CL commented, “We really wanted to release an album this time, and I think it is just a coincidence that we are releasing albums at similar times.”
Park Bom also said, “We′re looking forward to SNSD’s return, more than feeling a sense of rivalry.”
