YG Entertainment‘s Yang Hyun Suk and SM Entertainment‘s Lee Soo Man placed first and second this year on Chaebol.com’s ranking of celebrities with the most stock assets.
According to Chaebol.com on February 19, there are 15 celebrities that currently own stocks worth more than 100 million won (approximately $90,000 USD). And of the 15, six celebrities, Yang Hyun Suk, Lee Soo Man, Han Sung Ho, , , and Park Soon Ae, own over 10 billion won’s (approximately $9 million USD) worth.
Yang Hyun Suk came in first place with over 182.2 billion won (approximately $164.4 million USD).
SM Entertainment’s Lee Soo Man maintained second place from last year with over 142.7 billion won (approximately $128.8 million USD).
Despite appearing for the first time on the ranking this year, CEO of FNC Entertainment (AOA, FTISLAND, CNBLUE) Han Sung Ho supplanted actor and entrepreneur Bae Yong Joon, snagging third place with 75.3 billion won (approximately $68.3 million USD).
Bae Yong Joon, who owns 28.8 percent of Key East Entertainment, came in fourth with 73.5 billion won (approximately $66.7 million USD).
JYP Entertainment’s Park Jin Young was knocked down a peg to fifth place with 24.4 billion won (approximately $22 million USD).
Actress Park Soon Ae also dropped a spot to sixth place with 12.5 billion won (approximately $11.3 million USD).
Nine additional celebrities, , Shin Dong Yeop, Kang Ho Dong, Kim Byung Man, , , , , and Lee Soo Geun, made the 100 million won cut.
