TVXQ singer Jung "U-Know" Yunho might be a classic alpha male in the way he approaches women, but he's not afraid to confess his problems to a stuffed animal.
In a wide-ranging interview with TVXQ, aired Monday on the Korean Broadcasting System TV talk show "Hello," Yunho shared his strategies for dating and resolving problems he has trouble to talking to other people about.
At least one of his answers might surprise you.
"People think that I seem cold. When I like someone, I go all out for her," Yunho said. "If not, then I just treat her like a sister and leave no room for misunderstanding."
But when times get tough for the TVXQ singer, he always has someone, or, something to talk to.
"When I'm lonely and I have an issue that I can't tell anyone, I usually confess it to my stuffed animal," Yunho said.
"After I tell my stuffed animal, I feel a little better."
No word on what sex Yunho's stuffed animal is.
"I have no idea if it's a girl or a boy," the singer said.
And while fans may be smitten with the image of Yunho pouring his heart out to a stuffed animal, for Shim "Max" Changmin, the other half of TVXQ, once the cameras are off, cuteness time is over.
"When I debuted with 'Hug,' I had to act cute holding a cat and everything," Changmin said. "But now I drink alone at home."
Released in 2003, "Hug" was TVXQ's first single.
The new TVXQ album "Tense" was released on Jan. 6. The album is the group's seventh South Korean studio album.
The group's next Japanese release is slated for March 5.
